Surfaces & varnishes

Coko offers its customers extensive finishing of their products in the surface departments:

hydrovarnishes and solvent varnishes are processed on two varnishing systems with "Hollow Wrist Robots". A further spindle system that is designed largely for specific articles processes varnishes and allows us to substitute former velour chrome galvanised surfaces. Samples and small series varnish runs can also be realised at two manual varnishing stations.

Our materials handling system guarantees the specified evaporation, drying and cooling times for varnished articles. The varnish supply system allows all commercial single and two-component varnish systems on a hydro and solvent base to be processed.

The current range of products in the surface departments covers rough structural varnishing through to chrome-effect varnishes with a high-gloss finish. This is only made possible by the use of the latest plant technology.
